Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

We only have shipping set up within Australia, New Zealand the United States. If you live in a country not listed then shipping can still be potentially arranged, contact us at denise@asifdesignerrecycle.com with the item you want to order + your address. 

The cost of shipping will be added to your purchase at checkout. All items are sent via Australia Post and tracking details will automatically be sent to you once dispatched. 

Please bear in mind that we are closed on Sunday and Monday, so if ordering after 2pm on a Friday, your order will be shipped the following Tuesday. We mainly ship on a Tuesday and Friday. 

 

LAY-BUY TERMS

Please note that by using the Lay-Buy system you are agreeing to buy that item in a 1 month timeframe, it is not a way to put an item on hold while you decide if you want to buy it. If you cancel a Lay-Buy you will not be refunded, this is aligned with our returns policy. 

Additionally, please make sure you put in your address if you would like it to be shipped to you. 

Contact us if you would like to pay it off earlier and we will email you a link to do so. If you  do this the entire lay-buy must be paid off the same day we send you the email link.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All sales are final. Please note that because our stock is consigned, we are unable to offer a return and all purchases are non-refundable.
