Refund policy

Returns Policy

All sales are final. Please note that because our stock is consigned, we are unable to offer a return and all purchases are non-refundable. However, if a mistake has been made on our end then we can offer a return & refund or return & exchange. We must be notified within 7 days of the order being delivered.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
